Our plans are able to be altered to suit your individual requirements or alternatively we can provide you with a quote on your own masterpiece.

Straight Edge homes are designed for the highly confident Owner-Builder with time on their side who wants to do the bulk of the construction themselves, right through to the person who wants or needs to have subcontractors or a builder do the work for them. While Straight Edge doesn't build homes, we can, depending on where you are building we introduce you to tradesmen or builders who can do the work for you, and give you great service.

Our homes are suitable for either a concrete slab or a steel suspended floor system depending on your site requirements. By providing us with enough information about your site we can confidently advise you on the best approach to getting you dream off the ground.

All homes are supplied with a user friendly Owner Builders Manual to enable you to construct your home with ease and confidence, regardless of your level of building experience.
